If your company makes use of internal part numbers in BOM files, from XJTAG version 3.3.9  onward we’ve added a simple way to have these automatically translated to their more commonly used manufacturer part numbers when matching devices to library files in XJDeveloper. This will help save you time in test development by improving XJDeveloper’s suggestions for how to categorise testable devices and JTAG chains.

To use this feature create a 2 column CSV file that contains pairs of “Company Part Number , Manufacturer Part Number” and save it on your machine or local network. Then set the location of this CSV file in XJDeveloper’s application settings on each development machine. From that point on whenever lookups are made into our libraries, all your Company Part Numbers will be used for matches.
