We are in the final stages of a major overhaul of the XJEase device file library and we expect to release it in the next few days.

We have been working to:

  • Add more comments to the XJEase test scripts to make them even easier to understand
  • Reduce code duplication by moving common code to additional code files to make code re-use easier
  • Add more Test Device files and manufacturing part number matches
  • Improve the existing test code to get better coverage and fault isolation

Initially, the new library release will only be available by installing a new release of the XJTAG software, version 3.4.5, because the new software release contains some improvements to work with the new library, but in a couple of weeks we will make the library available for general download.
